2009 Honda Civic LX or 2009 Toyota Corolla LE?

So I'm gonna get a brand new car and have narrowed it down to either a 2009 Civic or 2009 Corolla. I can get a Civic for $16,200 or the Corolla for $15,300. Which car would be the better one to purchase?? Also are these good prices for the vehicles or should I negotiate even lower. Thanks! :)
 
Both good cars however a civic will NEVER let you down you'd be smart to get the civic
