2009 Ford Ranger (4 days old/new)?

Other factors have now come into play in this regards, and not to mention I'm not satisfied with the product . I'm taking it back to the dealership this Monday. Will I be able to return the vehicle this soon after purchasing it ? I've heard you have a certain amount of days to return it .
