2009, Ford Focus (FORD MECHANIC) Is the autotranny any good?

How has the Auto tranny been holding up on the Ford Focus cars. Ford Focus SE.
I have a choice of either auto or manual... the auto comes with the ABS on each tire with the stabilization control... the manual doesn't...
How has the Tranny be holding up. It is a commuter. The price difference isn't that much but curious what others have heard on these cars... thanks,
 
I bought this one in 2004 with 100000 miles and have never had any tranny problems.
