2009 Focus "moon & tune" package vs standard stereo?

Most car makers count tweeters as a speaker too. IE, the woofer in the door is one, the tweeter in the A pillar is one, etc. They usually count every single component as a speaker. I do believe it is an upgrade from the standard focus stereo.
 
I bought a 2009 Ford Focus and it's coming with the "moon & tune" package. I looked on ford.com and read that the 6 disc stereo that comes with the "moon & tune" package has EIGHT speakers. What does that mean? Does the car actually have 8 spots in the interior that speakers are located OR does it mean each of the 4 speakers (1 in each door) are 2 way? Is this stereo any different than a stereo in a "standard" Focus? If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanx!
