I have a 2009 Cadillac SRX AWD that I bought new and I have been having trouble with the transmission slipping as it downshifts at around 20 mph, same thing happens when I accellerate, at around 20 mph, the transmission slips. I've had it to the Cadillac dealership twice with the same complaint and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with my transmission. I know there is something wrong because I know my car and it started doing it around 8K miles. Is there anyone out there experiencing the same issue with their 2009 Cadillac SRX AWD?
Forgot to add that the vehicle has a 6 cylinder engine.
