2008 Nissan Sentra (BASE MODEL) radio/stereo question?

i bought a black 2008 Nissan Sentra in Sept, 2007. I disconnected one of the wires on the battery (forgot which) and now the clock doesn't show if the radio is off... its just blank... is there a code?
