I recently received a letter from the Honda company. They state that the front brakes may need replacement for these cars, and will pay up to $125 for replacement brakes or $150 for new improved brakes. Does anyone know the severity of this? Thanks.

The 2008 Accord's brake issue was due to a series of possible malfunctions, it was something like 30% of them ended up getting it, its something you will need to look into as soon as you can, just due to the fact you may need to stop hard one time and they fail... just remember you have a hand brake, and pull it slowly, dont yank it up or you are gone...
