2008 chrysler brand new?

hi.
i have a 2008 chrysler brand new and i had a accident. i was hit in the side of the car on my side but more to the middle my son was sitting there. not one of the air bags came out and it was pretty bad no one got hurt thank god but it was a pretty good hit. should i complaint a law suit? because the airbags didnt come out someone help me

i was going about 30 getting off an exit and the guy he ran a red light he was going about 45 and no air bags still came out should i complaint a law suit?
 
Well only the side air bags would deploy IF EQUIPPED not all vans have them. You have to be sure your van does. air bags also only deploy in very spacific situations, so they don't go off if you slam a door to hard or something like that.
