2008 Chevy Equinox value?

I'm looking at a 2008 Chevy Equinox at a local dealership. It's got 1,032 miles on it and they're asking $12,000. Strange thing is, Blue Book has the value at over $19,000.

Something seem strange here?

The thing is less than two years old and has practically NO miles on it.
