Yes, the 2008 M109r is unchanged mechanically from 2007. Only the color changed on the basic M109r, while the one in your photo is the M109r2, mechanically identical but with cosmetic changes (like a different headlight). There is also an M109rLimited, also mechanically identical but with different styling changes, like 2-tone paint.
