2007 toyota matrix transmission problems?

Hello guys, I have a 07 toyota matrix with 90k and just ran into some transmission problems few days ago....I towed it to toyota and they diagnosed it for 125$ saying that PO756 SHIFT SOLENOID B IS BAD and also BURNED TRANNY FLUID....I was wondering if anyone has experience on fixing trannys would this drain my WALLET?????
