We just did our 30K service at Toyota dealership, unfortunately there's a problem.
one of the mechanic didn't tighten up the radiator cap, so what happened is that the radiator coolant from the radiator came out. We have to go back and have the whole engine inspected again and coolant filled.
My Main Question is:
For the 30K service, power steering fluid and coolant reservoir was never filled by dealer,
do those need to be filled to the MAX LINE. The mechanic told us not to because they fluctuate when the engine runs hot. Is this true? (someone told me that this is a misleading information)
IS this correct or was I ripped off?
