2007 Honda Civic...?

I have so many questions about this car. Its a lease take over. But thats not my question. Does anyone know if you can put an aftermarket navi/dvd player in the dash? What can you install in or on the Civic. I know its a great car. But I want to put my own touch on it. I'm not looking to modify it with rims and spoilers etc. Maybe a bodykit, but something low key. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I live in Canada. I think this may affect the car somehow. I only know enough to say that its a coupe. Not the Si sadly.
When I say lease take over, I mean just that but also that I'm going to buy it at the end of the agreement.
 
It's a least car, I dont think you can install anything if you're going to take it back. But if you could, you can install anything you want, as long you can afford it.
 
If it is a lease, you are not allowed to change the car or add anything to it unless you buy it.
