2007 Honda Civic Coupe LX?

my 2007 honda civic is making a knocking/clicking noise when i shift it to reverse; especially when i just started my car.

Could there be something wrong?

it usually does that. if it gets excessively loud, i'd suggest getting it checked out. but yea..usually it'll make a click/knock. it'll also "whine" as ur backing up. all this is due to the way that the reverse gear is cut.
