All 4 of my power windows act up in the morning, or whenever i first start my car. I'll start it up and have to sit there and wait for them to be able to work properly. Sometimes this just takes a few minutes other times like this morning it took 15 minutes. I also had to shut the car off and restart it, instantly the windows worked. I was thinking it was a fuse, relay switch, circuit breaker or a loose ground wire but since i'm not too sure i have to ask opinions...also, where to locate all these things.
