it wont be a close race, the hemi will win on this one,they got real good take off and a real god top end,yours will do good but its really no match for the hemi,you might have the advantage of getting him of the line,but he,ll get you after that,it would be a fun race to watch though,good luck.
With exhaust you'll be close for sure, through maybe a cone air filter in there, not the whole intake, just replace the stock air box with a k&n cone, and for sure you'll be even, if not overpowering him..
