does anyone know the working voltage for the factory radio? i heard it is 6 volt and that i need a speacial harness to install an aftermarket radio but it cost around 170 or something like that.
The voltage for the factory radio is 12 volts. The harness that many shops use plugs into the factory harness and allows you to splice in your aftermarket radio without ruining the factory connector in case you want to put the factory radio back in. Good Luck.
