2007 2.4LT sebring touring whine (noise) at high...

...speed? Whenever I press the accelerator between 70 to 75 mph, there is an audible whine coming from what seems to be under the dash, If I push the pedal down quite a bit, the whine subsides. Letting up, it resumes. does anyone had this problem before, and knows how to fixed. the dealer can get any answer on this please help me with this one!!!!!
 
ive had a sebring and at certain speeds made noise, i believe it could be many things, im not a mechanic,..but at certian speeds in many cars there are things that have viration points ie. the body ferring hood and things under the car also
 
there is a service tip about reprograming the hvac system and possible replacement of the blend door for a whistle noise. take to the dealer and it will be repaired if thats the issue. you may want to take them for a ride and show them the noise and ask about tsb24-008-06
