2006 ST3S ABS w/ 29k miles

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2006 ST3S ABS for $5000. The only reservations a have are that it has 29000 miles on it. Runs and rides great. Also, it had a slow speed tip over and the left side fairing is cracked and scratched. All cosmetic and not a deal breaker for me.

Does the price seem fair? And is the mileage a concern?

Any thoughts would be most welcome

I don't have an idea about the price being high or low for a ST3 in the US (for where I live, that's a steal), but bike being down should not be a concern since it is nothing serious. 29k miles is nothing for this engine if it has properly been maintained. There are smaller monster engines with over 100k miles with no problems at all.
 
Well when I can pick up 3 different 06-07 Triumph Speed Triple 1050's with tons of aftermarket goodies and none with more than 9K on the odometer for $5500 or less locally, that to me sounds unreasonable and I would walk away laughing!
