now if you drive it for say 5 years and rack up a ton of miles, the depreciated value won't make any difference.

However, if you drive it one year for 600 miles and trade in, that's going to hurt.

It's a decent deal. It's not great but not bad either. Hit the streets, enjoy the ride. Thats what it is about.
