2006 Jeep Nav question?

I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited OverLand Edition, and it came with the Nav system. My question is has ANYONE experienced as much of a problem as I have with the Nav? When I start the car, I get a error message, which means eject the Nav cd put it back in and hope it loads. I can easily say that out of lets say 10 times 7 of those times I get the error message. Is this common? Has anyone had problems with there Nav? Suggestions? Thanks
 
Take it to the dealer while it's still under warranty. They will replace the radio.
