I just purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty Non Diesel Automatic. There is 35,000 miles on it. The RPM meter floats a lot between 500 and 2000 when I have it in cruise control at 30mph and it feels like I'm towing something. So I took it out on the freeway to test it out It gets to about 95mph and freaks. It try's to shift but it wont and the RP-Ms go crazy
Any suggestions on what it maybe? I took it to see if there were any codes that showed up but there isn't. There is also no lights on the dash as it does this.
