2006 Ford Expedition electrical problem?

I have a 2006 Expedition 4X4 that the master switch for the windows on the drivers door broke. I replaced that but since then the radio and non of the windows will go up or down. I think its might be a fuse but I look at all of them and they seem to be fine. Is there another fuse box or what else could be the problem? Please help rain is coming and the window is stuck down
