2006 dodge ram led tail lights blink normal then blink fast?

2006 dodge ram led tail lights blink normal then blink fast? they are sonar brand..and they blink normal for about 4 or 5 blinks then after that they blink real fast..but the emergency flashers work normal..do i need a heavy duty relay..if so where exactly is it..i cant seem to find it
