Alright Im about to buy a new truck.....Ive narrowed the choice between the dodge and the chevy. Of course Im not gonna be able to get a true explanation from the dealers about why one is better or why one is cheaper. So I bring it to the Yahooers hoping to get some good info. Which truck runs into more problems? Which truck is the better buy and why? What are the major differences such as in performance, gas mileage, and value. The dodge has 30,000 miles and is a 5.7 liter The chevy has 50,000 miles with a 5.3 liter. If you can include the lowest price I can get these trucks for (that a dealer wouldn't be able to say no too) it would be greatly appreciated. Ive been told that trucks are going about 2 grand below blue book value.....is this true? Thanks for your time and I appreciate any one who takes the time to leave more than "Go with the Dodge" comments.
