How do I fix it? Please read all of this before suggesting a fix...Thanks!
My turn signals on my 2006 Chrysler Town and Country are going crazy. Here are the details:
1. My first symptom was that my right blinker started blinking faster. I know that this is a sign of a bad fuse or a blown light. I checked when I got home and the front blinker was blinking, but the rear wasn't. I changed the bulb to no avail and the fuse was good.
2. The second symptom was that sometimes my blinkers don't work at all...either right or left just stop working all of a sudden. They might work when I first start out and the stop working, and then start working again. The right one will always blink faster though.
3. My third symptom is that now, when I turn on the right blinker, the left one might come on or if I turn on the left one, the right one might come on.
Any suggestions on tests I can perform would be appreciated because I have all the tools I'll need (multimeter/test light/etc.) where I should be able to test this. Please be as detailed as possible as I am a pretty technical person who has worked on many cars...but this electrical stuff is my downside of my mechanic work!
