2006 chrysler town and country electrical problems?

I own a 06 Chrysler Town and Country and am ready to junk it. It has 37,000 miles on and the radio hasn't worked in 6 months. The rear wiper comes up 1/2 way then stops. When you push the rear window wash the radio "flashes on and off like someone is playing with the power switch. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
