2006 Chrysler Sebring timing belt?

I have just under 92,000 miles on it. The manual says I need to change the timing belt at 90,000. I am a complete moron when it comes to cars, I know that you put gas in them, and you change the oil after roughly 3-4,000 miles and that about covers my "expertise".

I have never taken it back to the dealer for anything. So I'm just curious what changing the timing belt is going to cost me? I'm sure it is going to save me a big repair in the future but I would really love to get a price estimate so I can try to figure out how far out I can get this done (paycheck to paycheck). Also, is this something that only a dealer can do, or can I just find a mechanic shop on Yelp or something? Thanks in advance.
