replace the swicth. Jumping two wires is a way of getting the window to roll up, but those 30 wires actually go to a circuit panel. My suggestion is take it to the dealer cause the reason the switch melted is a short. either the window regulator is frozen(they use a cable system, that is part of the regulator, one cable pulls up and one down)or the cable is broken, or the motor is frozen. just jumping the wires might cause a short, melt your wires and cause a fire. I have seen cars burn to the groung from electrical fires from people trying to attempt similar bypasses. Is a 1-200 dollar repair worth replacing your truck.explaining such a bypass would only be possible with the wiring diagram, and even if you knew the colors and the regulator or motor was shorted, it would melt wires. you might try this
remove your door panel and try to add 12 volts to the motor itself
once you remove the panel, and the paper moisture cover that is attached with glue(careful not to rip)find the motor wires
it should have two or three wires(most have two)you need 12 volts + and - .supply it with voltage, but if the window does not go up reverse polarity. also make sure you unplug the motor from the rest of the cars wiring
goodluck
