What's wrong when the fuel pump in my car makes noises? How does it work replacing a fuel pump in my car? The mechanic said my fuel pump is weak or may be normal, but to stop the noise, it will have to be replaced and it cost $270. Can you tell me everything about the fuel pump, installing, ect.?
