2006 cbr600rr. my bike Will not acknowledge me pulling my clutch lever in, and

dies when i take it out of "N".? there are a few wires right underneat the cluth lever and one of them looks like somebody tampered with it and has been pulled out. but even after hooking it back up it still does not work. something else has to be wrong. i just rode it a day ago, i have no clue what is going on
