2005 Pontiac Grand Prix vs. 2006 Ford Escape?

I have the choice between the two cars named in the question title, both have about the same amount of miles (85-90k) could anyone who has either owned or has experience with either with tell me what they thought about either these two? No use telling me to get something else, they are my only options. Right now I'm leaning toward the Pontiac

Personally I would choose the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix over the Escape, my boyfriend uses one as his company vehicle and the thing is a death trap during the winter. So if you are looking for a vehicle to drive in snowing conditions I would recommend you stay away from this one. But like I said that is my opinion and it could just be something is wrong it. Overal I mean if you are looking for something with more room and great gas mileage then go for the Escape, I hope it's not a 4 cylinder, those sound annoying. Grand Prix well it's a GM, you better do your regular maintenance on it!
