2005 Pontiac Grand Prix - "Check Gas Cap" problem.?

Alright, I've been having issues with my 05 Grand Prix. My "Check Gas Cap" would come on in the mornings on my way to work, and then shut off in the afternoon. It then came on and stayed on, which after a few times caused the Check Engine light to come on. It came up as a "Major EVAP Leak." So, I replaced the gas cap and had my car tested (smoked) for leaks in the EVAP system. They couldn't find any external leaks from smoking my system, so I hoped it was the gas cap. After the codes got reset, it stayed off for 2 days, and now continues to come on randomly, and shut off randomly. Sometimes it comes on in the morning and shuts off in the morning, and sometimes it comes on in the afternoon and shuts off in the afternoon. It doesn't seem to matter if it's hot or cold, or dry or wet outside. Not only will the "Check Gas Cap" message come and go, but the Check Engine light will come on and shut off.

The car isn't driving bad. The only thing I've noticed is that occasionally when coming to a stop, if I don't fully stop, my car shakes really bad when I start to accelerate after decelerating. I don't know if this is linked at all.

The only other reason why I want to figure this out is because I have only 1000 more miles on it before my warranty runs out, so I'd like to get it fixed under my warranty. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
