2005 Jeep wrangler 6 Cyl.manual Trans. winding in 1&2nd after a 1/2 hour

winding gone let warm up 10 mins.? is this normal or is there a trans issue , make it worst if I drive 45,000
on jeep have one month also would drive train warranty be covered .
appreciated any help. THANKS !!!
