2005 ford explorer upgrades cost?

i have a 2005 explorer xlt and i want to make some upgrades in the future. i want to lift it 3", put 33 or 35" tires on it, and get dual flowmaster exaust. obviolsy i wouldnt do this all at the same time. i was just wondering estimately how much $ i would be spending on all of this including instalations. thanks
