My dash tells me my tire pressure sensor is at fault.I had to put on a spare tire, and this showed up after about 50 miles.The tire pressure is good on all tires.Any help in why this is going on or how to turn this off.

you have to see if the valve stem is a (older style) rubber or a newer style with the sensor inside . it will be a metal stem with a nut holding it to the rim .
