its from a private seller and has 70k miles would it be possible to talk it down to 11 grand or lower?

cause im 15 and turning 16 in four months but i only have 11 grand plus i need some gas money
 
Are you nuts. The average selling price is $5,314 with 64,551 miles. It really doesn't matter anyways. You have to be 18 to enter into a legal binding contract to purchase a car.
