2005 dodge neon leaks brake fluid?

I noticed that my brakes on my car were not working right so I checked the brake fluid n it was empty. I refilled it n then noticed a puddle of brake fluid around my rear tire. Can anyone help me how to fix it or tell me where it's coming from? Or an estimate of how much it would be if I take it to get it fixed at just brakes or a mechanic
