2005 Dodge Magnum is making noise when turning?

I have a 2005 dodge magnum that makes a loud vibrating sound when performing low speed turns, generally under 10mph such as when pulling into a parking space or making sharp slow turns. It gets louder the tighter you turn. I'm not sure how loud it is outside of the car but it can get pretty loud inside.
The car is AWD and I have recently replaced the front brakes, tie rod ends and put new tires all the way around. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
