2005 C50 problem (wiring maybe?)

Sorry about the vague title, but I'm not sure what type of problem my bike is having. The best way I can describe it is that it sounds like a clicking noise (like when electricity jumps from one wire to another) and my bike lurches for about a half second, then goes back to normal. It doesn't happen very often, but it's very disconcerting when it does. I took it to the dealership and had it repaired last season, but they didn't tell me what it was or how they fixed the problem.
 
i would take it back being how it is doing the same problem it was doing last time they "fixed" it. if they do fix it again make sure you don't pay for it or leave with out talking to the tech that fixed it. I work as an auto mechanic and at least 3 -4 times a week i get called up to service counter to explain to a customer what i did to repair their car.
