...but annoying/scary.? What could this be? I do not hear it when accelerating at higher speeds. About a week ago I brought my car to a mechanic and the only work that was completed was a new serpentine belt, oil change, air filter replaced, and new front brake pads with reconditioned calipers. Of course, before I brought my car into the mechanic, I did not hear this noise, and also my brakes are squealing too. I took the car in for a general check-up as I purchased it used from a private sale. Just want a little feedback before I bring it back to him this week.
