Need help diagnosing the problem on a 2004 Toyota Corolla S
Radiator fan does not turn on at all.
A clicking sound starts after about 3-5 minutes after the engine was started and seems to come from some where around the air filter housing.
Tested the radiator plug for power and there is no power going to it at all.
