Is $4000 a good price for the bike? Just turned 2100 miles. Never been down. Has ghost flames and Cobra pipes on it.
Please let me know!

In central Florida you can pick up a VL800 for about 3700(private seller) to about 5300(dealer) and all prices in between. I see that you are in Las Vegas, so I don't know how much of a difference that will make. Check out cycletrader.com and look in your area to give you an idea. Hope this helps.
 
That is right in the middle of the NADA bluebook range for this year and model, so it is not a bad deal at all for a low-miles example.
