2004 Mazda 3 replace or rebuild?

HI, i bought a Mazda 3 2004 hatchback and i put a terrible amount of miles on it......1,200 a month or more............ i got a good deal on it according to kelly blue book it is the first car that belongs to me so im in love with it and it is in perfect condition as far as i know lol, it is 5 years old and has already 130,000 miles on it. I would like some advice on how to keep this car lasting forever (do mechanics do check up? how much to they cost and what do they check?) because i hate buying new cars (well new to me) and if something castasrophic hapens in the next 2 years should I rebuild or replace my car
