2004 Jeep grand cherokee 4.0 will not keep in coolant or water it just pours right out as soon as more is put in. Looks like it's comming from the water pump... Could a broken water pump cause all the water and coolant to come out like that? Or could it be something else like a head gasket?
A guy at a car shop told us that it sounded like the block was cracked, but that is doubtful... Any suggestions would be appreciated..
1st poster.. ya really didn't help me out here, you just repeated what I said.. I'm doing the pump myself, I am not taking it to a mechanic, I just called the guy not took it into a shop.. Thanx anyways, I know alot about cars, just wondering if there was anyone else that knows alot or is a genuine mechanic..
