K so check engine light came on a week or so ago. Auto Zone told me error code was p0430 - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold causes: catalytic converter or misfire. So, he told me to change o2 sensor. My husband hadn't gotten to it yet and then today while driving home from work it stopped accelerating and then just started running really rough to the point he had to pull it off somewhere and call me to get him. The check engine light started to blink as well. Could this just be the o2 sensor messing with the fuel causing the engine to misfire or something? Or bad catalytic converter? He said that he couldn't get it to go over 30 and it was running really really roughly.
