2004 jeep grand cherokee loredo squealing?

An awful squealing noise coming from driver front side tire. It starts at 10 mph and intensifies as you drive. Brakes and tires are only 6 months old. Not sure if its the tire i don't believe it is, but the noise is coming from that general area. Also driver side window, mirrors & locks will now only work when the door is completely shut. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
check for any broken wires in the boot between the door and door frame at the hinges. you may also want to take it in for a good brake inspection just to make sure the brakes are safe. most shops will inspect your brakes and suspension at no charge.
