2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lerado Running rough?

So i have had this issue for a while, it runs rough while idling and when i am barley hitting the gas. I recently had the spark plugs and ignition coil changed out, it helped a little and shut the "check engine" light off, but it still runs like crap. Is it an injector, the catalytic converter or something else? Should i get the injectors cleaned? Please help i am about to pull my hair out.
 
well really you should add a bottle of fuel treatment a few times a year to keep it clean and it could be that and or the fuel filter which needs to be replace every year also
