2004 Honda Accord Lx, A.C. started to blow cold air from only two vents, then it

stoped blowing cold air.? When the A.C. is turned on it blows air it's just not cold, you can actually hear the A.C. unit turning on and the car rev's go up a little bit but no cold air comes out of the vents, does this sound like the Freon might be leaking, or maybe it just needs to be recharged?

I'm trying to get an Idea before going to the mechanic...
