2004 Ford explorer (limited) engine die sometimes when driving.?

Just suddenly engine shuts off sometimes (once a year) when I driving about more than 2 hours. after that, I restart the engine it works perfectly. There is no warning, just stop. I am experiencing life thereating danger. I bring my car to ford dealer. Ford mechanics checks the car about 2 hours, he said "I don't know what is the problem"
What should do ?
 
Sounds like water. Sometimes water can get jostled into an electrical component and shut it down. These things can just happen sometimes the way cars move parts get bumped around and just stop. it happens.
